Another way to get involved with Form5 is by applying for an internship! We are super excited to begin offering more opportunities in this space. Form5 Prosthetics has 4 active committees: Development, Research & Development, Education, and Nub Club. Development focuses on fundraising and marketing, R&D designs and produces custom-application devices all year round! Education oversees Form5's workshop educational programs (PRE-FAB + CO-FAB), and Nub Club works to cultivate a local limb difference community in Ohio. Interested in sitting on a committee?
