CO-FAB Workshop

Where imagination sparks innovation!
CO-FAB, which stands for collaboration and fabrication, is a six-week workshop hosted by Form5. CO-FAB provides an opportunity for those with limb differences to work with designers, engineers, and change-makers alike to turn their imagination into innovation! Form5's newly developed STEM curriculum for CO-FAB provides ALL participants with an experiential learning opportunity. Over six weekends (Saturdays), recipients co-create a custom-application device with their project teams.

Applications will open on February 1st, 2022. Workshop Weekend Dates are being finalized - be on the lookout for more communications on Form5's Spring & Fall CO-FAB Workshops.

How It Works:

3-5 new individuals with limb differences are selected to 'co-fab' a custom-application devices at each workshop!

The application process begins with meeting the recipient where they are today and understanding their specific needs to help them embrace their future.
